Privacy

A plain-language privacy notice.

Last updated July 12, 2026. The short version: what you send is used to reply to you, analytics are self-hosted and anonymous, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Information you provide

If you contact Groundcover Works, the submitted name, email, business details, website address, timing, budget selection, and message are used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information through the form.

Website analytics

The site uses self-hosted, cookie-free Umami analytics for basic page and conversion measurement. Form names, emails, and message contents are never sent to analytics.

Service providers

Inquiries are stored on Groundcover Works’ own infrastructure and notification email is delivered through Amazon Web Services. The site is served through Cloudflare. Spam prevention runs on self-hosted software, so no third-party captcha service sees your traffic.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are kept only as long as they are useful for responding and for reasonable business records, then removed. Email the address below to have yours corrected or deleted sooner.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information where applicable by emailing [email protected].

Changes

This notice changes when the systems behind it change. The date above updates with any material change.
