No-hostage policy
Your business material stays yours.
Your domain, business accounts, original content, uploaded assets, and analytics data belong to you. Groundcover Works retains its source framework, reusable components, deployment tooling, and internal services.
If we part ways after the agreed fees are paid, you leave with as much as I can practically hand over: a hostable copy of the site where that’s possible, your content and asset exports, your data, and account documentation. The exact boundary is written into the proposal before work begins.
Scope and pricing

Custom builds start around $2,000, and ongoing Care is a flat $100 per month.
After a first conversation, I recommend one scope with deliverables, responsibilities, timing, price, ongoing costs, and offboarding terms written plainly. New pages, redesigns, and features are quoted separately from routine Care updates.
